How it works
Nothing to install to get started. Sign up with a passkey and add what you want to watch.
HTTP, TCP, DNS and certificates are checked from outside. A small agent or a heartbeat URL covers servers, backups and cron jobs.
Point to the supplier's status page or forward their service mails, and say which of your systems depend on them.
An alert only goes out when at least two regions see the failure, and it tells you right away if a supplier is the possible cause.
Features
deepalive is built for companies that run services for others and depend on suppliers themselves.
Checks run from nodes in several countries at different providers. You are only alerted when at least two regions agree that something is down.
Follow suppliers' status pages, RSS feeds and service mails. Rules and AI read the mails and turn them into a status.
Show chosen components, incidents and planned maintenance. Customers can subscribe to updates, and the page updates live.
Mail, SMS and webhooks to e.g. Slack and Teams, in Danish or English. One message from one node, not three.
The agent reports CPU, RAM, disks and RAID. Heartbeat URLs catch the job that did not run last night.
Sign in with a passkey, no passwords. An authenticator app as a fallback, and everything your team does is logged.
Suppliers
Many incidents start at a supplier. deepalive links the supplier's status to your own checks and shows what is affected.

FAQ
Most uptime services tell you that something is down. deepalive also tells you whether the cause is at one of your suppliers, because we follow their service status and know which of your systems depend on them.
Every check runs from several regions. An alert is only sent when at least two regions see the failure, so a network problem at a single provider wakes nobody.
Anyone with a status page (e.g. Atlassian Statuspage), an RSS or Atom feed, a plain web page with service information, or who sends service mails. Mails are forwarded to an address you get from us.
The nodes are equal peers and the database is replicated between them. If one node drops out, the others carry on with checks, alerts, the portal and status pages.
Monitoring and your data run on servers at European providers in the EU. We use neither Cloudflare nor American CDNs, and this page has no trackers.
Yes. You pay monthly or yearly, and when you cancel the plan runs to the end of the period. The Drift plan can be invoiced with EAN.
